We will be pleased to provide details of packing, shipping and postage costs. UK postage is free on all orders over £100. Items under £100 or requiring international postage will be at actual cost. Normally this will be by Royal Mail, but larger items will be sent by alternative couriers. If additional insurance is required, this will be added to the cost of the item.

Payment may be made by cheque in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank, or by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. The item purchased will be sent to the address registered with the debit or credit card.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied or if the item is incorrectly described. The purchaser will pay return costs unless there has been an error in the description of the item.
