A probably Thomas Wolfe spoon tray, circa 1800

The spoon tray of oval shape, decorated with two central pink flowers separated by a narrow green leaf and scattered floral sprigs.  The gently fluted outer rim has a blue husk border which overlays a wavy dotted orange line, all inside a black line rim.
