The coffee cup of hybrid hard paste, with a grooved loop handle, painted with a version of New Hall pattern 20, but with a single figure of a Chinese lady holding a flower in her left hand and a parasol in her right hand. This group has been discussed at length by Roger Pomfret in an article in the Northern Ceramic Circle journal, Volume 27, 2011, pp 37-61, where he makes a compelling case for a manufacturing attribution to Enoch Wood.
