The cup with a double scroll handle, decorated with three sprays of flowers in purple, pink, blue and orange, the rim painted in brown, and with an inside undulating border with periodic tied bow motifs in dark orange enamels.
This group of corrugated wares were probably made at Tunstall under the management of Anthony Keeling, prior to the move to Shelton, see G.Godden, New Hall Porcelains, 2004, pp.98-107.

Condition: pin-head sized nick to top rim, minute fire fault to foot rim.
