Incised X mark

The rather naive decoration on this piece contrasts with the earlier painting seen on ‘scratch R’ pieces.

Condition: professional restoration to tip of spout and associated cracks; 1.5 cm x 1cm section to rim professionally restuck and 1 cm rim crack; small chip to lid rim. Areas of chipping to foot glazed over.
