An unidentified English porcelain teapot, circa 1800 (2)

The porcelain of a rather grey hybrid hard paste, painted with the ‘basket of flowers’ pattern, the panels with sun moulding in the corners between moulded columns, above moulded semi-vertical lines, and both the body and cover with some acanthus leaf decoration.

Height: 14.6 cm

Condition:  Large chip to end of spout, very slight wear to rust-red line enamels.
